I'm a Revenue Operations and hospitality systems consultant. My work lives at the intersection of people and systems — translating complex technology into results that appear on the P&L.

At PUBLIC Hotel NYC, I served as Reservations Manager and Systems Specialist. I led a full PMS migration from OPERA to Stayntouch, built SynXis voice operations from scratch, cleared a $200K+ travel agent commission backlog, and trained over 50 staff across three continents. I know what it takes to run a high-volume boutique property — and where the revenue hides.
