How It Works

No fluff. Three steps, in real detail.

Every engagement follows the same shape, whatever the service. What changes is the specific work inside each step. Here is what actually happens, what I need from you, and what you walk away with, at each stage.

I

Revenue Diagnostic.

A 45 minute working session, not a sales pitch. Before it, I ask for read access to your PMS, channel manager, and reporting so I can look at your actual booking pace, rate structure, and system setup ahead of the call. During the call, I walk through what I found and where the money is actually leaking, whether that is rate parity, guest data fragmentation, manual reporting hours, or something else specific to your property.

This is not a generic audit template. What gets covered depends entirely on what your systems show. A boutique hotel on Cloudbeds with a clean channel setup gets a very different conversation than a property still running spreadsheets alongside OPERA.

What you provide

  • Read only access to PMS, channel manager, and reporting
  • 45 minutes for the working session itself
  • Honest answers about what is and isn't working today

What you walk away with

  • A specific list of where revenue is leaking, not a generic checklist
  • An honest read on severity, some findings matter more than others
  • The findings themselves, whether or not you move forward
Typical duration: 45 minutes, plus prep time before the call
II

Strategy & Roadmap.

The roadmap is built from what the diagnostic actually found, not a template with your property name swapped in. Every recommendation ties to a measurable outcome, RevPAR, TRevPAR, or a direct cost reduction, and gets sequenced by what will move the needle fastest against what is realistic to execute given your team and budget.

You get this as a written, property specific document. If the finding was a rate parity break, the roadmap names which channels and which rate codes. If it was a duplicate guest profile problem, it names roughly how many records and what dedup approach makes sense. Specificity is the point.

What you provide

  • Confirmation of priorities: what matters most to you right now
  • Budget range, so the roadmap is realistic rather than aspirational
  • A point of contact who can make operational decisions

What you walk away with

  • A prioritized, written action plan tied to specific outcomes
  • A realistic timeline for each recommendation, not a single date
  • A clear decision point on whether to proceed to implementation
Typical duration: 1 to 2 weeks from diagnostic to delivered roadmap
III

Implementation.

I work directly inside your systems, not from the sidelines. Rate structures, channel configuration, CRM builds, PMS migrations, whatever the roadmap called for. Progress gets reported on a set cadence rather than disappearing until a final reveal, so you always know where things stand.

The engagement does not end when the system technically works. I stay until your team can run it without me, which means training, documentation, and a defined handoff point rather than a quiet exit.

What you provide

  • Admin access to the relevant systems for the scope of work
  • Staff availability for training sessions, scaled to shift coverage
  • A named internal owner who can make decisions during the build

What you walk away with

  • Systems configured and tested against real data, not a demo environment
  • Staff trained across all shifts, not just management
  • A clear handoff, with documentation your team can reference later
Typical duration: varies by scope, defined in the roadmap, not estimated on the spot

Why there isn't a fixed price or fixed timeline on this page.

A single property fixing a rate parity issue and a small group migrating three properties off OPERA are not the same engagement, and pretending otherwise with a generic price list would mean padding small jobs or underquoting large ones. The diagnostic exists specifically so you get a real number before committing to anything, not a range designed to look appealing on a website.

Start where every engagement actually starts.

The Revenue Diagnostic is free, 45 minutes, and you keep the findings regardless of what happens next.
